MomoRadar offers a free tier with limited features, allowing you to explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription. No payment is required to use the free plan, and no reimbursement is necessary since no charge is made. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the free tier to ensure our service meets their trading analysis needs.

Paid subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the account settings page. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, ensuring full value of the payment is received. Upon cancellation:

We offer a full reimbursement within 7 days of the initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with MomoRadar within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a complete credit to the original payment method. This satisfaction guarantee applies to all first-time subscribers to either the Basic or Pro plan.

To request a reimbursement, email billing@momoradar.com with the registered account email and the reason for the request. Please include any relevant details about the experience to help us improve our service. Reimbursements are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the request has been reviewed and approved.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with the bank or credit card company. We are happy to resolve any issues directly and promptly. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and may incur additional fees. In most cases, disputes can be resolved more quickly and efficiently through direct communication with our billing team.

5.5 Non-Refundable Items

Certain subscription types may have modified terms. Promotional subscriptions, discounted annual plans, or special offers may be subject to different eligibility requirements or non-reimbursable terms. These exceptions will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Additionally, upgrades from one plan tier to another (such as Basic to Pro) are calculated based on prorated credit and may not qualify for the standard 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
