By accessing or using MomoRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MomoRadar is a real-time stock momentum scanner that provides market data, alerts, and analytical tools for informational purposes only. The Service is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information provided by MomoRadar does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such. MomoRadar does not recommend that any securities should be bought, sold, or held by you. Trading stocks involves risk and you should always do your own research.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, market data may be delayed, incorrect, or incomplete. MomoRadar makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data. Do not rely solely on MomoRadar data for trading decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

MomoRadar shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
